General:

✦ The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
✦ There is a required upfront payment for the commission to be started. This payment is either 50% of the total cost, or 100%.
✦ I retain the right to change any of the pricing depending on the significance of the commission.
✦ My art is constantly evolving, so there might be differences between the samples in the gallery and the illustration you will receive (line art style, coloring method, composition, etc.). These changes may be minor or significant, so please keep this in mind.

Personal Use:
✦ I retain all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. I have the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios. This means I can profit from any of my commissioned pieces and I may use any of my commissioned art how I see fit.
✦ You may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
✦ You may not change, modify, or use my artworks for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
✦ You may not use my art for any AI generation purposes or in a way where my art is repurposed without my consent.
✦ If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes in any way.
✦ You may post on social media platforms providing credits to me.
✦ If you request private artwork or wish to withhold me from posting publicly, additional charges will apply. I will add 30% to the final price to keep the artwork completely private. I hold the right to change this pricing at any time before the Commissioner has initially paid.
✦ I may choose to create a speedpaint video featuring the commissioned artwork. However, the inclusion of the artwork in a speedpaint video is at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed. This may be waived with additional charges.
✦ I retain the right to change any of the pricing depending on the significance of the commission.

Commercial Use:

Completion Time:
✦ Depending on the commission the time for completion may vary from a few days (less than a week) to a month or more. If you are ever worried about the progress of a piece, feel free to contact me about updates.

The Process:
✦ After you have paid me 50% or 100% upfront, I will contact you when I am ready to start the artwork.
✦ I will provide you a sketch for your approval. You may request small changes, however, please be reasonable. I hold the right to deny any changes you may request, but I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.
✦ Once the sketch is approved by you, I will work on completing the artwork.
✦ As of this moment, I do not take any rush orders or deadlines. Please keep this in mind.
✦ I will only send you WIPs if I feel unsure about certain details. However, if you are curious of the progress, feel free to contact me for updates (I do not mind!).
✦ Once the artwork is completed, you may request minor changes such as adding small details or certain minor adjustments, free of charge. I will do my best to accommodate your wishes (please be reasonable), but once again, I hold the right to deny any changes you may request.
✦ Once the artwork is completed, you may request major changes such as changes in composition or character design, with an additional cost. I will notify you of the additional costs and if you approve of the new price, I will work on changing the piece after your payment. I have the right to change the additional costs at any time until you decide to pay the extra costs. Once again, please be reasonable and I hold the right to deny any changes you may request.
✦ If you paid me 50% at the beginning, I will send you the final product with lower resolution to show you what the final piece will look like. If you paid in full at the beginning, I will send you all the necessary items.
✦ If you paid me 50% at the beginning, you will then pay me the remaining 50% before I send the final files.

Refunds:
✦ I do not offer refunds unless I didn't start on the artwork, I am unable to finish the commission, or there is an exceptional circumstance.
✦ Depending on the situation, I may refund you the full amount or a percentage. I hold the right to decide which.
✦ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund after payment is received unless you have first contacted me and informed me of your concerns.
✦ If you file a chargeback without first contacting me, your right to everything you have ever commissioned me for will be retracted and forfeited. I will then have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers. You will also be blocked and blacklisted from ever commissioning me again. Your username and details about the case might be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
